Reception Rooms

There are two separate reception rooms:

The Winter Sitting Room, which has a stunning 17th Century stone fireplace, vaulted ceiling and mezzanine. There is a log burning stove in the fireplace which makes this a lovely room for cosy evenings round the fire watching TV or listening to music.

The Summer Sitting Room has conservatory style seating and opens onto the terrace overlooking the pool and gardens.


The house has free WiFi, Satellite TV (with English channels), DVD player, an iPod docking station, with heating for the winter and fans for the summer.


The spacious kitchen is well equipped and includes a range oven, microwave, large fridge, freezer and coffee maker.


There are options to eat in or out. The salon has a dining table with seating for 10. The kitchen also has a table and chairs and the ultimate is al fresco dining on the terrace watching the
sun go down.


There is a washing machine and separate tumble dryer in a lobby area. Ironing board and iron are provided too.


La Badoussie can sleep 10 people. There are 5 spacious bedrooms in all, three have king-size beds and the other two have twin beds. The bedrooms are situated in opposite ends of the house (3 at one end and 2 at the other), this makes it a perfect house for two families or for a group or simply to spread yourselves out. All beds have bedlinen from The White Company and bathroom towels and pool towels are provided.

Three of the bedrooms benefit from en-suite bathrooms with a further bathroom serving Bedrooms 4 and 5. All bathrooms have showers with one en-suite having both bath and shower facilities. There is a further downstairs cloakroom.
